GHIBLI 120
Automatic steam boarding machine (up to 3bar) with 120 forms for
socks.
Our unit can be
operated by 2 or 3 persons.
Forms move side by side in “accordion”
groups of 30 units and then they enter into the steam chamber for
setting.
A long dwell time inside the chamber allows a very high level of
finishing quality.
The steam
chamber, fitted on the machine frame, has been reduced to the minimum in
terms of weight , volume and steam consumption.
The subsequent drying
tunnel, containing a group of 30 forms, is available with electrical or
steam heaters and can easily reach high temperatures with a very low energy
consumption. This allows a perfect drying of socks and a very high
productivity of 1,200 pairs/hour.
A clamp stripping device, driven by a
brushless motor, removes socks from the boarding forms and stack them on a
collating belt.
